The Dillon M134D fires at a rate of 3,000 shots per minute. This optimal firing rate is controlled by the Gun Drive Unit. The Gear Head is mounted on the front of the 28 Volt DC Drive Motor. An optimal 4,000 shot per minute gear head is also available.
